Lenka Falušiová

Bio

Drawer and graphic artist, graduated from the Graphic Art Studio I (prof. Jiří Lindovský) at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (2012-2017). She received the main prize for her studies in the student category at the Graphics of the Year Exhibition at the Clam-Gallas Palace in Prague. After her studies, she won the Hollar Foundation Award at the Hollar Gallery's Festival of Chamber Printmaking exhibition (2019) and the award for the print from depth technique at the Printmaking of the Year exhibition at the Imperial Stables of Prague Castle (2021). In 2022 and 2023 she was nominated for the Vladimír Boudník Award. In 2023, she won the prize for printmaking at the International Mini Print Exhibition in Cadaqués and a printmaking scholarship at the Alma Graphics exhibition in Oviedo.

She participates in international exhibitions and biennials (2023 Biectr 13 in Canada, 2022 Taiwan print biennial, 2023 mini print Cadaqués, 2022 Printed voices Czechia in the USA).

He exhibits solo (2023 Caesar Gallery in Olomouc, 2022 Contemporary Czech Art Gallery in Šumperk, 2022 Graphic Cabinet in 8smichka in Humpolec, 2021 Felix Jenewein Gallery in Kutná Hora, 2020 František Drtikol Gallery in Příbram, 2019 U Prstenu Gallery in Prague, 2015 Jiří Jílek Gallery in Šumperk) and in groups (2023 Automatic Mills in Pardubice, 2022 Museum of Art in Olomouc, 2021 DOX Centre for Contemporary Art in Prague, 2021 Millennium Gallery in Prague, 2019 Česká spořitelna Gallery in Prague).

Lenka Falušiová's works are in the collections of the National Museum of Fine Arts R.O.C. in Taiwan, the National Library of Catalonia in Barcelona, the Gallery of the Central Bohemian Region in Kutná Hora (GASK), the Museum of Art in Olomouc, the Gočár Gallery in Pardubice, the Felix Jenewein Gallery, the Municipal Library in Prague and others.
